Earlier this week, Mr. Wright was invited by the New Jersey Association for Justice Consumer Law & Employment Section to speak at a seminar about our recent Supreme Court victory. Some of the top consumer advocates in New Jersey were present at the seminar and our firm is truly honored to have been a part of it. Mr. Wright’s portion of the seminar focused on an “in-the-trenches” view of the case as well as the future of the decision in light of the recent U.S. Supreme Court filings.
