We’ve been extremely busy with our United States Supreme Court filings this month, but we’ve still managed to secure outstanding results for our clients. In two separate cases this week, our firm secured lump sum settlements for our injured clients:
- In one case, our client was attacked and severely injured by a dog while on the job. This case was settled shortly after we filed suit.
- In another, our client was rear-ended in a car accident, suffering injuries requiring emergency treatment. This case was settled before any lawsuit was filed.
In both cases, our preparation, diligence and belief in our client’s cases allowed us to gain the results the victims deserved.
