landscaperWilliam Wright recently obtained a settlement of $62,756.00 for a landscaper who was injured on the job. Mr. Wright’s client suffered a herniated disc while he was working. As a result of his injury, the client required invasive surgery and can no longer enjoy certain aspects of his life.

Even though Mr. Wright’s client suffered severe and permanent injuries that required surgery, the insurance company’s doctors said that he was barely injured. Initially, the insurance company offered to pay the worker less than half of the ultimate settlement. When it came time for the pre-trial conference, however, the insurance company more than doubled their offer and agreed to pay the injured worker what he deserved.
