This week we are happy to announce the addition of a new member of our support team. Tricia, professionally trained in medical transcription, will be assisting the firm across all areas of operation, including customer service, organizational tasks, reviewing and summarizing our personal injury and workers’ compensation clients’ medical records and more. Tricia’s prior professional experience in automotive sales, federal and state tax services and medical transcription provides her with a diverse knowledge base that will allow her to serve the firm’s clients with the highest degree of professionalism and care.
