If you have been following the latest news about our firm, you know that on April 9, 2014 Mr. Wright argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court in the case of Atalese v. U.S. Legal Services Group, L. P. The case was heard by all seven Justices of the Court and they have taken the matter under advisement. We will keep the public updated and when the Court makes a decision, we will post the opinion here.
