As many of you know, Mr. Wright and our firm are on the forefront of the fight to preserve Americans’ right of access to the court system. The firm’s recent victory in the U.S. Supreme Court in Atalese v. U.S. Legal Services Group, L.P. preserved long-standing New Jersey State law in a decision that has already been cited more than twenty times since it was issued last year. Now the mainstream media has picked up on the problems created by the forced arbitration system and has written a three part series titled “Beware the Fine Print.”
In the first article in the series, the Times interviewed Deepak Gupta, who worked closely with Mr. Wright in the Atalese case.
