The American Association for Justice (“AAJ”), an nationwide organization who’s mission, according to their website, is “to promote a fair and effective justice system-and support the work of attorneys in their efforts to ensure that any person who is injured by the misconduct or negligence of others can obtain justice in America’s courtrooms, even when taking on the most powerful interests” has published an article about our recent unanimous victory in the New Jersey Supreme Court in the case of Atalese v. U.S. Legal Services Group, L.P. The AAJ Trial News Article contains a synopsis of the case, as well as quotes from Mr. Wright and Washington, D.C. attorney John Vail. In the article, Mr. Vail is quoted as saying that our case is “an excellent victory for plaintiffs” but cautioned that the defendants may ask the United States Supreme Court to overturn the New Jersey Decision.
This latest publication is just one of many articles and blog entries about the Atalese case, proving once again how important this victory was for consumers all across the country. Our firm remains committed to the promotion of a fair and effective justice system and we will continue to fight for the right of access to our Courts.
