We recently secured a $350,000.00 settlement for our client who was severely injured by a dangerous product while on the job. In the suit, we alleged that the manufacturer sold a product that was defectively designed without readily available safety features and that the product seller was also responsible for putting the product in the marketplace. Further, the product lacked adequate warning labels. Despite the fact that our clients injuries were so severe that they resulted in surgery, the defendants and their insurance companies did not make any serious offer through more than two years of litigation.
Thankfully, with the assistance of a product design expert, we were able to bring the parties to the table and negotiate this favorable result for our client.
